Course Description:

This Electric Intermediate course with KC Roberts will focus on learning interesting and challenging Fingerstyle, Strumming, Rock and Blues pieces from beginning to end. KC will help you develop complex and fulfilling guitar songs, pieces and skills which will raise your electric guitar playing to new and exciting places! To attend this class please ensure you have good tab reading ability, can strum rhythmically and fingerpick at an intermediate level and have no problem playing bar chords and improvising.

Class size is limited to 6 people and places are filled on a first come first serve basis. If you would rather not bring your own amp to class the Toronto Guitar School has guitar amps you can use.

Using the 12 bar blues riffs and pieces this class will help develop your improvisation. The course will cover blues scales, major/minor scales, arpeggios, and provide you with a deeper understanding of chords and musical theory.

Course Requirements:

Completion of any Guitar 3 Level Course or equivalent Intermediate Level skills in strumming, chord knowledge, tab reading, technique, and fingerpicking.
