Eden Mascarenhas is a pianist, vocalist, and dedicated music educator with over seven years of teaching and performance experience. She teaches piano, vocals, music theory, and musicianship to students of all ages and skill levels, creating engaging and supportive lessons that build strong musical foundations, confidence, and creativity. Her students have consistently achieved excellent results in practical and theory examinations under her guidance.
Eden believes every student learns differently and tailors each lesson to suit individual goals, learning styles, and interests. Her teaching combines technical development, ear training, sight reading, music theory, and performance skills while encouraging students to become independent musicians through effective practice habits. Whether preparing for examinations, performances, or learning for personal enjoyment, she strives to make every lesson engaging, structured, and rewarding.
Eden completed Grade 8 Piano with Trinity College London, which is recognized as equivalent to RCM Grade 10 Piano. She is also certified in Vocals and Music Theory. She has extensive experience teaching preschool children, school-aged students, teenagers, and adults in both private and group settings, including students with diverse learning needs such as children on the autism spectrum.
In addition to teaching, Eden is an accomplished pianist and vocalist who has performed at luxury hotels, restaurants, weddings, private events, and corporate functions in both India and Canada. Her professional performance experience enables her to help students build confidence, develop expressive musicianship, and enjoy performing. She is passionate about inspiring a lifelong love of music while helping every student reach their full potential.
