Established in 1996, Mint Music’s Music School employs only the best music educators in Toronto, guaranteed to inspire you with an enjoyable and rewarding experience!
We have over 30 instructors at Mint Music. Each one of them holds a degree or diploma in music and has been teaching and performing music for at least 10 years. Our teachers are all actively working musicians engaged in the music industry, and a number of them have been nominated for and won Juno, Grammy, and other prestigious awards. This expertise is important because we know that the best instruction comes from expert performers! We also know that teaching is an art and skill all its own, which is why our teachers also have the experience and qualifications of exceptional educators. At Mint Music we are all active performers and educators, so we know how exciting it is to be able to share your musical growth with others. Mint Music’s Music School offers individual music lessons in bass, cello, clarinet, drums, flute, french horn, electronic keyboard, acoustic guitar, classical guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar, piano, alto saxophone, soprano saxophone, tenor saxophone, trumpet, trombone, ukulele, violin, viola, and voice training (classical vocal, classical Indian vocal, jazz vocal, pop vocal, music theatre vocal, etc). Mint Music’s Recording Studio also offers individual music lessons in Ableton, Cakewalk, Cubase, studio engineering, FL Studio, Logic, mixing, Protools, and much more.

Do you dream of recording your own music? At Mint Music, all students have special access to our professional recording facilities during the course of their studies. To help you learn the basics you’ll need to produce your music, you can also take part in workshops on recording-focused topics such as live sound, microphone technique, mixing, music theory, songwriting, recording basics, and studio production techniques.
